TRIUMF Lab Tour
The ARIEL Facility at TRIUMF
Guided tours of TRIUMF will be available on Saturday, May 5th, 2018.
During 2018, TRIUMF will be celebrating its 50th anniversary. With this, IPAC’18 delegates will experience a special signature tour route that visits the TRIUMF research accelerators and ISAC experimental facilities.
The tour fee is $40 CAD, and includes bus transportation between the JW Marriott Parq hotel and TRIUMF, as well as light refreshments. Please select this option when you register for the conference online if you are planning to attend.
Tours are 90 minutes in length with start times available from 09:00 until 13:40.
To accommodate the anticipated volume of delegates wishing to take the TRIUMF tour, please reserve your scheduled tour time in advance. Delegates will select their tour times on a first come, first served basis as long as space is available.
Sign-up will be available on site at the JW Marriott Parq throughout the week of the conference.
All guests must review safety information before attending the tour. Closed toe shoes with a low heel are required footwear on the tour route.
