All exhibitor booths are now SOLD OUT!

Single booths include: one (1) 8 feet x 10 feet (approximately 2.5 meters x 3 meters) booth and your choice of:

a. TWO (2) Delegate Passes OR
b. ONE (1) Delegate Pass and TWO (2) Exhibit Passes

Each 8’ x 10’ (2.5m x 3m) single booth space comes with:

  • 8’ (2.5m) high sintra hardwall backwall

  • 8’ high x 40”W (2.5m x 1m) step down to 40” x 80”L (1m x 2m) white sintra sidewalls

  • 1 – 10’ (3m) single color vinyl lettering header

  • 1 – white pedestal table 30”H x 30”W (0.76m diameter x 0.76m high)

  • 2 – fabric chairs

  • electrical connection

  • wireless internet access at the booth

 

Double booths include: one (1) 8 feet x 20 feet (approximately 2.5 meters x 6 meters) booth and your choice of:

a.   TWO (2) Delegate Passes and TWO (2) Exhibit Passes OR
b.   ONE (1) Delegate Pass and FOUR (4) Exhibit Passes

Each 8’ x 20’ (2.5m x 6m) double booth space comes with:

  • 8’ (2.5m) high sintra hardwall backwall

  • 8’ high x 40”W (2.5m x 1m) step down to 40” x 80”L (1m x 2m) white sintra sidewalls

  • 2 – 10’ (3m) single color vinyl lettering header

  • 1 – white pedestal table 30”H x 30”W (0.76m diameter x 0.76m high)

Additional Delegate passes can be purchased until March 16, 2018 23:59:59 PDT for CAD$985.00 ( CAD$885.00 for IEEE-NPSS or APS-DPB members ); and starting March 17, 2018 PDT for CAD$1,080.00 ( CAD$970.00 for IEEE-NPSS or APS-DPB members ).

Additional Exhibit Passes can be purchased separately anytime for CAD$785 through the on-line booth registration system.

Maximum four (4) persons per booth.

Exhibitors who wish to use any non-standard booth equipment, signs, decorations, or arrangements of display materials that do not appear in the Exhibitor Service Manual must submit their requests for approval to Yetvart Hosepyan at booths@ipac18.org - no later than April 1, 2018.
