Booth Space and Booth Registration
Those interested in becoming Platinum, Gold or Silver sponsors must register directly with Aurelia Laxdal at exhibitors@ipac18.org.
These packages will be sold on a first-come, first-served basis.

On-line booth registration and purchase of Additional Exhibit Passes
Please carefully read the instructions below before starting the on-line registration.
- Please have the names of your Delegates and Exhibitors ready prior to starting your registration.
- You will have 20 minutes to complete your registration.
- You will need to select booth(s), enter the Delegates’/Exhibitors' names, your company's address & contact information, and make the payment by credit card.
- Please make sure your credit card has been pre-approved or pre-authorized for this (international) transaction.
- Booth must be paid in full to be reserved.
When you enter the registration system, to start the registration of an exhibit booth(s), please click on an available booth (in green) on the map.
Single booths are CAD$7,200 before January 12, 2018 and CAD$7,900 starting January 12, 2018.
Double booths are CAD$13,650 before January 12, 2018 and CAD$16,000 starting January 12, 2018.
Additional Exhibitor Passes can be purchased anytime for CAD$785.

For Exhibitors wanting their logo and link to their website on the IPAC-'18 Exhibitors page, please ensure you email a high resolution copy of your logo to exhibitorsupport@ipac18.org as well are the URL you would like used.
Additional Delegate Passes
Additional Delegate passes can be purchased before March 16, 2018 for CAD$985.00 (CAD$885.00 for IEEE-NPSS or APS-DPB members); and starting March 16, 2018 for CAD$1,080.00 (CAD$970.00 for IEEE-NPSS or APS-DPB members).
Please note: maximum four (4) persons per booth and maximum three (3) booths per company.
