Poster Guidelines

Poster size

Each poster presentation will be mounted on a single board in portrait orientation.

Poster dimensions must fit within an area of 244 cm (8 feet) high x 122 cm (4 feet) wide.

Supplies for mounting the posters will be provided (tape, pushpins, etc.). Poster preparation guidelines are the same for standard Poster Sessions and Student Poster Sessions.

Papers are not Posters

Please note that printed manuscripts of contributions to the proceedings (or enlargements of them) do not qualify as posters, and papers presented in this way will not be accepted for publication.
